Please note that all participants of this Charity Tractor Road Run attend entirely at their own risk and the Organisers of this event assume no liability for the actions Direct / or Indirect of any participants or their vehicles. All participants are to be correctly Licenced, Insured and driving in accordance to UK Law. Every vehicle should be inspected and deemed roadworthy by its owner before participation in this event and vehicles need to comply to the latest UK Laws.

DONATATIONS TOWARDS OPERATING COSTS
We are asking all drivers to make a donation towards the running costs of the run as all public money is being diverted to the charity chosen this year.
As we have grown there are additional costs shown below that currently The Mortley Group and Stoke Medway Airfield are covering.

Signage for Float Trailer to allow Donations via QR Code £300

It would be great if a donation of £10 to £20 per tractor is received to allow us to recoup some of this money. From next year we anticipate registering as a formal charity and an entry fee will be charged per Vehicle.
